Instructions: 

  • Heat the oven to degrees Fahrenheit. Gently butter on one vast baking sheet Required size must be around 18″ x 13
  • In a medium mixing bowl, cream the sweetener, salt, almond extract, vanilla, butter, and baking powder until thick and blended.
  • Foam the eggs; the batter could appear a bit curdled. Add the flour to the mixer at slower speeds, and stir the mixture until creamy; the dough will be greasy.
  • Place the dough on the baking sheet that has been organized. Cut it in half and form it into 2 logs about 3/4″ tall.
  • Adjust and smooth the logs’ heads and sides with a moist spatula. If desired, scatter with rough white dazzling sugar and gently squeeze it in.
